PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaf agricultural product selecting/packaging system capable of selecting leaf agricultural products such as Japanese basil leaves based on the size, shape, etc thereof, bundling them into a stack, and packaging them. SOLUTION: The leaf agricultural product selecting/packaging system includes a supply conveyor B that conveys and supplies leaf agricultural products (a) etc., a taking-out device C that takes out the leaf agricultural products (a) etc. one at a time, a leaf agricultural product inspecting means that determines the size of each of the leaf agricultural products, selecting robots E1 and E2 that selects each leaf agricultural product based upon the result of the determination and stacks them into a bundle, and an automatic packaging machine H that packages the bundle. In addition, there is provided a leaf agricultural product selecting/packaging method for taking out each of the leaf agricultural products (a) etc. arranged in a stack, determining the size of it, selecting the leaf agricultural products (a) etc. based upon the result of the determination, conveying them in a bundle, and packaging them.
