PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide driving wheel axle structure and a rolling bearing, smoothly absorbing relative displacement of an abutting face caused by change in a torsional quantity of a constant-velocity joint so as to surely prevent stick-slip sound. SOLUTION: In the driving wheel axle structure 10 (50, 60, 70), a rolling bearing 40 (51, 61, 71) is interposed between a rotating ring 22 (23) of a hub unit bearing 20 and the constant velocity joint 30.
