PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle improved in detecting accuracy of an acceleration sensor by effectively using stable detecting characteristic of a car speed sensor. SOLUTION: The control device of a vehicle comprises: the car speed sensor 7 for detecting speed of a vehicle, based on a pulse signal detected from a rotor rotating with travelling of the vehicle; a determining means 21 for determining that the vehicle has transferred from the stopping condition to the moving condition; and a control means 22 for resetting the acceleration sensor 8 to the reference value in the case when the variation of the pulse signals within the predetermined time is small in such a state that the vehicle is transferred from the stopping condition to the moving condition by the creeping force of an automatic transmission.
