PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire improving a fitting property without using lubricant and compatibly attaining the fitting property and a frictional force and to provide a rim wheel and a tire inspection method. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire which has bead parts 11 each including a bead base portion 11d in contact with a rim base portion 2a of the rim wheel 2, and a cushion portion 11e in contact with a rim flange 2b of the rim wheel 2, is provided with a bead central line BCL passing a central point P2 of the bead core 11a and approximately orthogonally crossing with the bead base portion 11d, and a friction reducing member 111A disposed in an area from a base point P1 crossing with the bead base portion 11d to a bead toe 11c and having the frictional force smaller than that of rubber used for the bead part 11.
