<p>A sludge drying plant operates by supplying the energy produced in each clarification plant to a concrete mixer (as dry mixer), in which hot air (as source of the recovered energy) is mixed with dewatered clarified sludge, so that the water contained in the sludge is evaporated and the sludge is dried to an increased solids content of up to 80%.</p> |
