A night soil separator and a night soil separating method are provided to increase the moisture separation efficiency of night soil by firstly separating solids, fine particle, and moisture through a night soil vertical cylinder and absorbing the fine particle discharged through the night soil vertical cylinder, by saw dust. A rotary type night soil separator for separating solids and moisture of night soil is composed of a hopper discharging unit(10) discharging the mixture of solids, fine particle, and saw dust generated by separating the night soil; a night soil vertical cylinder(20) receiving the night soil, separating fine particle and moisture of the night soil by centrifugal force, and discharging the separated fine particle and moisture to a saw dust vertical cylinder(30); the saw dust vertical cylinder receiving the saw dust, mixing the fine particle discharged from the night soil vertical cylinder, with the saw dust, and discharging moisture to a moisture tray(40) by centrifugal force; and the moisture tray finally discharging the moisture separated through the night soil vertical cylinder and the saw dust vertical cylinder. |
