METHOD FOR RECONFIGURING RADIO LINK

A radio link reconfiguring method is provided to enable a UE(User Equipment) to transmit a response to a base station by using a lower layer channel or perform a response process in a lower layer even when receiving an upper layer message, thereby quickly reconfiguring the radio link. A radio link reconfiguring method comprises the following steps of: receiving a radio link reconfiguration message at an upper layer(S110); requesting a response to the radio link reconfiguration message to a layer lower than the upper layer(S120); configuring a reconfiguration response to the radio link reconfiguration message in the lower layer; and transmitting the reconfiguration response. The upper layer is an RRC(Radio Resource Control) layer, and the lower layer is an MAC(Medium Access Control) layer or a physical layer.
