FIELD: heat engineering; production of the gas-proof bulk compensator used for gas-proof connection of the steam boilers and others heat engineering aggregates. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of heat engineering, in particular, to the more reliable gas-proof connection between the components of the steam boilers and others heat engineering aggregates with provision of compensation of their temperature variations. The invention provides, that in the presented device the whole internal surface of the chute and the upper part of the surfaces of the immersion knife in the multilayered compensator are supplied with the protrusions of the roughness disposed in the staggered order on the vertexes of the rhombs, one of which diagonals has the horizontal orientation with the height of the protrusions equal to the maximum diameter of the particles of the upper layer material; and with the diameters of the pits of roughness equal or exceeding the greatest diameter of particles of the material of the same layer. At that the lower part of the surfaces of the immersion knife is deprived of the protrusions of the roughness by the value L=L0+Lt, where Lo - the section of the immersion knife permanently dipped in the lower bed of the material; Lt - the section of the immersion knife alternately dipped into the lower bed of the material at the maximum warming-up of the boiler flues. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the effective operation of the gas-proof bulk compensator used for gas-proof connection of the steam boilers and others heat engineering aggregates. ^ 3 dwg |
