FIELD: construction, particularly mortar used for dry floor construction as leveling, heat-insulation and soundproof layer, particularly for high building erection under static and dynamic loads applied thereto and for flat roof erection. ^ SUBSTANCE: mortar has 380-600 kg/m3 density and 0.5-10% moisture content. Mortar includes keramzite sand with 0.3-0.97 shape factor and 3.2-4.8 gradation factor. Keramsite sand has the following particle dimensions: 70-90% by weight has particles of 2.5-5.0 mm, 5-20% by weight has particles of 1.25-2.5 mm, 3-6 % by weight has particle dimensions of 0.63-1.25 mm, 2-5% by weight has particle dimensions of 0.16-0.63 mm. Mortar comprises 1-20% by keramsite sand weight of aqueous polymer suspension or dispersion selected from polyvinylacetate dispersion, divinylstirole latex, isoprene latex and emulsified asphalt. ^ EFFECT: increased floor and roof reliability under dynamic loads, prevention of floor and roof settlement, improved soundproofness and low hygroscopicity, possibility of floor forming under humid conditions and prevention of dusting during roof forming. ^ 2 tbl |
