<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction cooking vessel usable as a packaging vessel when a heated object such as frozen or refrigerated food is put on the market and easily utilized as a steamer directly by an electromagnetic cooker on the market by a consumer purchasing the cooking vessel. <P>SOLUTION: In this induction cooking vessel 1, an induction heated body 3 generating heat by inducing eddy current by high-frequency magnetic field is mounted to face to a bottom face of a vessel body 2, the induction heated body 3 is made to generate heat in a dipped state in water 7 injected into the vessel body 2, and a cooked object 6 is steamed by steam generated in the vessel and is heated and cooked.
