<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that when a printed matter such as a notebook, a list of names and manuscript paper in which both sides of sheet material are printed from one one-sided original is created, one more duplication is created and double-sided printing is performed from two originals in the conventional manner, however, the conventional manner is not preferable from the aspect of effective utilization of paper resource because of creating a useless duplication, and causes the possibility of error copying because of troublesomeness of performing excessive operation such as creating useless duplication and complicated print setting. <P>SOLUTION: One one-sided original is read by a reading part 104 only one time and stored as image information 1 into a storing part 111, the same image information 1 is read two times, and the same image is thereby printed on a double-sided printed matter. Since a function for printing a double-sided printed matter from one one-sided original is not frequently used by a user and it is assumed that many sheets are printed, processing for urging the user to perform confirmation is provided for the original purpose for preventing useless printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
