<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system capable of preventing a frame similar to a printed frame from being re-printed in the field of printing of animation. <P>SOLUTION: The contents of animation on animation data are displayed. A desired frame among the frames forming the animation data is selected. The selected frame is printed out. The history information of the printed frame and the information on the scene to which the printed frame is grouped are administrated. The history information of the printed frame is stored.
