<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a high pixel multifocal lens in which the productivity of the multifocal lens is remarkably improved by automating steps from the loading of mold body to the discharging of the multifocal lens, the design of a product is improved by surrounding the outside part by a cabinet and it is needless to mount a control apparatus part and machines to be separated from each other. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the high pixel multifocal lens comprises a loading means for supplying the mold body, having an initial material incorporated as it is, held between an upper mold and a lower mold to a molding position, a press molding means for molding the initial material into an aspheric surface multifocal lens by processing in order of preheating, pressing and cooling the supplied mold body and a discharge means for discharging the multifocal lens manufactured in the press molding means and various kinds of electronic components required for the precision control of the press molding means are incorporated inside the cabinet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
