PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi fare system device capable of presenting a tax fare to a user in advance even when a user changes his or her destination in the middle. SOLUTION: This taxi fare system device acquires data at a current location from a GPS to retrieve a path to the input destination, and acquires congestion information from VICS information to calculate a predicted tax fare by time distance combined use fare system, and presents it to a user. Also, when the user changes his or her destination in the middle, and the changed destination is input, the taxi fare system device calculates a predicted tax fare from the spot to the changed destination, and adds the predicted tax fare to the current tax fare, and presents it to the user.
