PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for highly precisely analyzing operating characteristics of a circuit device, in which circuit elements are arranged on a board. SOLUTION: An operating frequency corresponding to a board parameter dependent on board materials which is a board parameter dependent on the operating frequency or temperature, or a value with respect to operating temperature is automatically obtained. On the basis of the corresponding operating frequency of the board parameter or the value with respect to the operating temperature, operation of the circuit device is analyzed.
