PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device which is provided with independency and real time property and can defend the security of a child while giving freedom thereto. SOLUTION: In a mobile station 100, a danger detection functional part 170 acquires position information from a position information acquisition functional part 140, and acquires number of step information from a number of step sensor function part 150, and compares the acquired position information and number of step information with past information recorded in a past information storage part 110, and decides whether or not a child is in danger and when deciding that the child is in danger, a telephone functional part 160 notifies the contact destination of contact destination information stored in a contact destination storage part 120 that any abnormality occurs in the child.
