PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder block easily manufacturable and miniaturizable, while keeping a function of the cylinder block. SOLUTION: This device has a configuration wherein each plunger holes 31, 41, for storing input side plungers 8, and output side plungers 10, are arranged plurally and alternately on the same radius of the cylinder block 7; and timing spool hole 32, 42 are provided on the center side between input side plunger holes 31, and output side plunger holes 41.
