PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compactly-composable flexible shaft coupling which extends a magnitude range of an allowable rotation impact, improves mountability/dismountability of an elastic bush, and also improves coaxial accuracy between a driving shaft and a driven shaft. SOLUTION: The shaft coupling is equipped with: a bush fixing member 4 provided integrally rotatably on one side of a connection part between the driving shaft and the driven shaft, and fixing a plurality of elastic bushes 6, 7 on positions of prescribed pitch circular radii R1, R2 from the shaft center; and a bush fitting member 3 provided integrally rotatably on the other side of the connection part, and having bush fitting holes 25, 26 for fitting and holding the elastic bushes 6, 7 fixed to the bush fixing member 3. Each pitch circular radius R1, R2 and each hardness of the elastic bushes 6, 7 is different. Furthermore, the elastic bushes 6, 7 are provided with articles to be inserted close into the bush fitting holes 25, 26 and articles to be inserted into the holes with a play 44.
