PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing cover with excellent work efficiency, capable of providing a stable temporary support by an easy means until an inner cover body inserted inside of a utility pole from a working hole is connected with an outer cover body. SOLUTION: The blocking cover comprises the inner cover body 9 for closing the working hole 5 opened vertically long in a part of the utility pole 3 made of steel sheet from the inside, the outer cover body 7 to be applied to the working hole 5 from the outside, which includes a vertically long opening hole 13 corresponding to the working hole 5, and a mounting screw 17 for integrally connecting three bodies of the outer cover body 7, the working hole opening periphery 5a of the utility pole and the inner cover body 9. The inner cover body 9 includes a cover working hole 21 to be closed from the outside by a screw type cap 25, which is provided in an upper end position opposed to the opening hole 13 of the outer cover body 7, and the cover working hole 21 is used for temporary support and filler injection.
