PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and method for manufacturing the game machine capable of reducing manufacturing costs in a manufacturing process of a game panel. SOLUTION: In the game machine provided with the game panel 18 equipped with a game electric component such as a start port switch related to proceeding of a game and a performance electric component such as an upper ornament LED substrate 42, a main control substrate for controlling the game, performing driving control of the game electric component, and outputting a performance command as the game proceeds, and a performance control substrate controlling driving of the performance electric component in accordance with reception of the performance command, the game panel 18 comprises a base board 19 having a game area and an installation member 33. The installation member 33 is installed on a back surface of the base plate 19 and is installed by a performance repeater substrate 40 for repeating at least all the performance electric components, wiring from the performance control substrate, and wiring to the performance electric component.
