PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely restore a game state before power interruption even when power is interrupted for a short period of time. SOLUTION: A stipulated voltage is generated in a power supply board and supplied to a game control CPU and a prize ball putout control CPU. The game state and prize ball information are backed up when supplied power to the power supply substrate declines, and when the stipulated voltage supplied to the game control CPU and the putout control CPU becomes lower than a threshold voltage, the CPUs are initialized and then the operation of the CPUs is stopped. When the operation of the CPUs is stopped in such a manner, even when the supplied voltage declines, the CPUs do not malfunction. Also, since the CPUs are initialized before stopping the operation, the possibility of the malfunction of the CPUs is completely eliminated. Thus, regardless of the length of the time of a power interruption state, after the supply of the power is restarted, the backed-up information is read and the state before the power interruption is surely restored.
