A finger trigger spray cap actuator for use in conjunction with a mounting cup on an aerosol container including a base having an integral collar, a finger trigger support; a finger trigger hingedly connected to the trigger support, and a finger grip depending from the finger trigger and extending radially beyond the outer circumference of the collar. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing the finger trigger spray cap assembly including integrally molding a base portion and finger trigger portion as a single unit about a living hinge.
