A method and a system for issuing a bill including a coupon or AD are provided to enable an advertiser to point a receiver group in a making system for making the printed or EBPP(Electronic Billing Presentation and Payment) bill by enabling the advertiser to directly select customers having a desired region and characteristic, and arrange a position of the AD or the coupon. An address database(21) stores reception addresses of receivers receiving the bill by classifying the reception addresses into each region. A bill content database(22) stores bill contents printed to each bill. An AD database(23) stores coupon information displayed to a predetermined position of the bill together with the bill contents. An AD request state search system(31) outputs a search result by searching a coupon request state and a blank state of each region of the reception address by an inquiry request of the advertiser. An AD request system(32) requests the AD by determining the receiver group and the area for arranging the coupon based on the search result. A payment system(35) calculates/outputs an AD charge according to an AD request and requests payment to the advertiser. |
