An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing process of the display device by changing a configuration of an electron transfer layer from a double-layer to a single-layer structure. An organic light emitting display device includes a first electrode(31), a second electrode(32), an organic light emitting layer(35), and an electron transfer layer(33). The first electrode provides holes. The second electrode is arranged to face the first electrode and provides electrons. The organic light emitting layer is applied between the first and second electrodes. The electron transfer layer is arranged between the second electrode and the organic light emitting layer. The electron transfer layer includes an electron transfer member(33c), which injects and transfers electrons to the organic light emitting layer, while blocking holes from permeating from the first electrode to the electron transfer layer. |
