An apparatus for preventing vacuum state in a scroll compressor is provided to achieve pressure equilibrium between suction pressure and discharge pressure of a compression chamber when the compressor is deactivated, so as to facilitate restart of the compressor. An apparatus for preventing vacuum state in a scroll compressor comprises a casing(110), a stationary scroll(130), and a plurality of vacuum prevention units. The casing includes a sealed internal space divided into a suction area(S1) with low pressure and a discharge area(S2) with a high pressure. The stationary scroll disposed between the suction area and the discharge area of the casing, wherein the stationary scroll meshes with an orbital scroll to define a continually moving compression chamber. The vacuum prevention units are respectively provided on a trace of the compression chamber, and are disposed between the suction area and the discharge area having communications with each other. The vacuum prevention units block between the suction area and the discharge area when the compressor is in normal operation, opens when the compressor is in vacuum operation, and opens when the compressor is deactivated.
