<p>The production of substrates for a press/transport band for the production of paper, cardboard, tissue and/or cellulose, comprises forming fiber loops (24, 26) on an elongated wrapping element for end sections of the substrate (10), leading the loop forming fibers around a deflector, adjoining the fiber loops and restoring the loop forming fiber around the deflector. The processes are several times repeated for forming a base-fiber clutch. The substrate has a substrate body (16) with fiber material formed between the first and second end sections (18, 20) of the substrate. The production of substrates for a press/transport band for the production of paper, cardboard, tissue and/or cellulose, comprises forming fiber loops (24, 26) on an elongated wrapping element for end sections of the substrate (10), leading the loop forming fibers around a deflector, adjoining the fiber loops and restoring the loop forming fiber around the deflector. The processes are several times repeated for forming a base-fiber clutch. The substrate has a substrate body (16) with fiber material formed between the first and second end sections (18, 20) of the substrate. The fiber loops are formed within the end sections of the fiber material for connecting the end sections by a connection element passing through the fiber loops overlapping with one another. Two deflectors are adjustable in its mutual interval. The deflector has two deflector rollers (12, 14). The loop forming fibers are led in opposite direction moving from opposite or same sides to the deflector. The fiber material has different fiber systems with loop forming fibers. The base-fabric clutch is hardened in the end section in a longitudinal area arranged adjacent to the fiber loop, through applying fusible material and through penetration of the fusible material into gaps between adjoining fiber sections. The longitudinal area lies in an interval of less than 10 mm from the vertex of the fiber loop to the end section. A hardening fiber clutch is introduced on the base fiber clutch and connects the fiber sections of the base fiber clutch with one another. The hardening fiber clutch is connected with the base fiber clutch through fusing or pasting and is introduced with regular or irregular sample on the base fiber clutch. A part of the fiber loop in the area of the loop vertex is sectionally flattened in one of the end section. The substrates are joined through connecting its end sections to an entire substrate. Felt materials are introduced and immobilized onto the substrate. Independent claims are included for: (1) substrate for a press/transport band for the production of paper, cardboard, tissue and/or cellulose; and (2) a press/transport band for the production of paper, cardboard, tissue and/or cellulose.</p> |
