An organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent the deterioration of a second light emitting layer by doubly laminating the second light emitting layer and a third electrode on a first light emitting layer which is weak in oxygen or moisture. An organic light emitting display device(200) includes a substrate, a thin film transistor device, a first electrode(341), a first light emitting layer(342), a second electrode(343), a second light emitting layer, a third electrode, and a first pixel defined film(346). The thin film transistor device is formed on the substrate. The first electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor device, and is made of conductive material with high reflectivity. The first light emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the first light emitting layer. The second light emitting layer is formed on the second electrode. The third electrode is formed on the second light emitting layer by being separated from the first electrode. The first pixel defined film is interposed between the outside of the first electrode and the first light emitting layer so that the second light emitting layer forms a groove unit. |
