A display device is provided to shorten the manufacturing process and reduce the manufacturing cost, by forming a contact electrode of a touch screen part on one surface of an upper polarizing plate attached to an LCD display part when forming the touch screen part on the LCD display part so as to dispense with a separate substrate for forming the contact electrode. An LCD display part includes a lower substrate(110) and an upper substrate(210). A lower polarizing plate(12) is attached to the lower substrate of the LCD display part. A lower contact electrode(310) is attached to the upper substrate of the LCD display part. An upper contact electrode(320) is positioned above the lower contact electrode. An upper polarizing plate(22) is attached to an upper surface of the upper contact electrode.
