A system for automatically connecting a driving agent using location information is provided to enable a customer automatically to receive guide for a departure and destination place, and connect to the driving agent with a minimum waiting time when the customer gives a call to a driving agent company. A location information provider checks a location of the customer mobile terminal(20) and driving agent mobile terminals(30a-30n) by using an MSC(Mobile Switching Center). A destination place determiner determines the destination place of the customer based on stored customer information. A checker makes the customer confirm the destination place by transmitting the departure and destination place to the customer mobile terminal. A selector selects the driving agent mobile terminal satisfying a predetermined condition based on the departure place when the departure and destination place is confirmed. A call connector connects the call between the selected driving agent mobile terminal and the customer mobile terminal. |
