An electronic apparatus having a display panel tiltably installed at the front face of a body section, an operation panel tiltably installed on the display panel, a tilt control means for performing control for tilting the display panel in response to a first tilt command and tilting the operation panel in response to a second tilt command, and a storage means for storing information on a tilt angle of the operation panel so that the angle corresponds to a tilt angle of the display panel. The tilt control means tilts the display panel in response to the first tilt command and tilts the operation panel based on the information, stored in the storage means, on a tilt angle of the operation panel. Since the storage means stores the information on a tilt angle of the operation panel set according to the second tilt command, once a user sets the operation panel to an optimum tilt angle so that it corresponds to the tilt angle of the display panel, the operation panel can be automatically tilted to the stored optimum tilt angle in response to a tilt command for the display panel from the user. As a result, there is no need for the user to perform tilt operation of the operation panel.
