The holder has a mounting chassis (1), whose base part (1a,1e) is arranged to permit removable or irremovable fixation of the chassis in a rear part of a carrier. The chassis has carrier frames (1b-1d) extending towards top, and a carrying structure (2) provided with a carrier tool head (3). The structure is arranged for permitting movements of the head vertically, laterally and longitudinally. The head is displaced in a space situated at front and on one of sides of the carrier.
