A flexible display device is provided to secure the stability of a manufacturing process by using a metal foil substrate, and prevent the rapid change of brightness due to grounding of the metal foil substrate by connecting the metal foil substrate to a ground wire through a conductive tape. A metal foil substrate has a pixel matrix formed on one surface thereof. A flexible PCB(18b) drives the pixel matrix. A conductive tape(44) adheres to the other surface of the metal foil substrate and the flexible PCB to ground the metal foil substrate. The flexible PCB includes a ground wire(8b), and the conductive tape is connected to the ground wire. The flexible PCB includes a ground hole for exposing the ground wire, and the conductive tape is attached onto the ground hole. |
