<p>The endoprosthesis e.g. stent (1), has a proximal lasso (9p) cooperating with a proximal end (7p) of a cylindrical shaped elastic lattice (3), so that a traction effort exerted on the proximal lasso has an effect of narrowing a diameter of the proximal end. A distal lasso (9d) cooperates with a distal end (7d) of the lattice, so that a traction effort exerted on the distal lasso has an effect of narrowing a diameter of the distal end. The proximal and distal lassos have two free parts (11p, 11d), respectively for allowing their gripping by an instrument.</p> |
