A fishing lamp using LEDs is provided to reduce power consumption, to have a simple structure and to reduce a manufacturing cost by using LEDs as a light emitting unit. A hollow type case(1) made of a resin material of high strength is installed. Plural rod shape boards(3) on which plural LEDs(4) are mounted are installed to be adhered to the inner circumferential surface of the case. A waterproof layer(9) is formed inside the case. The waterproof layer is formed by filling and solidifying epoxy resin. On the upper and lower parts of the case, weights(5,6) made of metal are formed to be embedded in the waterproof layer. The weights of the upper and lower portions are connected by full threads bolts(7) to fix the position thereof. A hook(8) is formed on the upper part of the full threads bolt.
