A device and a method for providing a medicine selling and purchase matching service are provided to promote purchase activity and distribute stocks among wholesalers by providing a site for trading the medicine among the wholesalers and matching the needed medicine between the wholesalers. An interface part(110) provides interface for providing the service through the Internet. A medicine matcher(120) provides a recommendation service by calculating a matching probability according to a medicine sale or purchase condition received through the interface part. A payment part(130) performs payment for a medicine sale or purchase request received through the interface part. A storing part(140) stores member, medicine, and sale/purchase information received through the interface part. The storing part includes a member database(142), a medicine database(141), and a transaction database(143). The medicine matcher calculates the matching probability by comparing the medicine sale or purchase request with the registered sale or purchase condition, and provides a priority list according to the matching probability. |
