Strip conductor (9) consists of flexible material on which electronic and/or electric components can be arranged. The conductor can be partially embedded in a shape-resistant component (2). Independent claims are also included for: (i) A component for a vehicle consisting of the above strip conductor; and (ii) A process for the production of the strip conductor comprising applying electronic and/or electrical components to a flexible strip conductor, placing in an extruding mold, and partially extruding with a plastic.
