An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce the whole size of one pixel having three sub pixels to the two-thirds of the conventional size. An organic light emitting display device includes organic light emitting devices(210R,210G,210B) which emit red, green, and blue lights. The organic light emitting devices which emit green and blue lights are arranged on a substrate(100). The organic light emitting device which emits red light is arranged on the organic light emitting device which emits green light. The organic light emitting device which emits red light has opposite electrodes(213R,214R) and an intermediate layer(220R) interposed between the opposite electrodes. The organic light emitting device which emits green light has opposite electrodes(211G,212G), and an intermediate layer(220G) interposed between the opposite electrodes. The organic light emitting device which emits blue light has opposite electrodes(211B,212B) and an intermediate layer(220B) between the opposite electrodes. |
