<p>A roaster is provided to prevent bad smell from being discharged, and to reduce power consumption of the roaster by stopping operation of a smell and smoke removal apparatus in heating bread or pizza or selectively operating the small and smoke removable apparatus according to menu of food. A roaster(8) includes a cooking chamber for containing and heating food, a smell and smoke removable apparatus(24) for deodorizing smell and removing smoke of air from the cooking chamber, and an operation unit for selecting and operating the cooking menu in the cooking chamber. Operation of the smell and smoke removal apparatus is changed according to the cooking menu selected by the operation unit, and the small and smoke removable apparatus is stopped according to the cooking menu selected by the operation unit. The operation unit chooses the cooking menu of animal food containing fish, shellfish and meat, or the cooking menu of grains.</p> |
