The invention relates to drying disperse materials and can be used to obtain solid fuel from waste coal. In the process of preparation disperse material of organic origin is granulated in viscous-plastic condition, this is achieved by mixing layers under conditions of volumetric compression at temperature of 50-70 DEGREE C, after that granules is subjected to heat action at the same temperature till obtaining given respective humidity. The method provides possibility to obtain fuel granules withstructure on basis of adhesion-chemical agglomeration with given properties, with that from wastes of coal industry, to obtain secondary fuel suitable for transportation to large distances and to use in furnaces for industrial and household purposes.
