Mine controller of air flow rate includes executive device made of air-impermeable material, elements of fixation of main edge of sheet in perimeter of mine working, control cords one ends of which are connected at edge of sheet of executive device that forms cut for air passage and the other ends are gathered to knot and by means of traction cable are connected to drive. Executive device is arranged as side surface of cylinder, equipped with tightening cable connected to free end of sheet of executive device with possibility of its displacement with respect to edge of sheet and fixation of its working length, it has slider through which control cords go with possibility of its displacement along length of cords and fixation within limits of its length.
