<p>Proposed is a device for differentiation of asymmetric particles, for example, spermatozoa. The differentiation in the device is performed by means of a detector, which sensitively reacts to radiated light, and analyzer connected to the detector. Light is produced due to the effect on radiating substance, which is associated to nuclear DNA of spermatozoa, ray bundle of certain shape, which are formed by the radiation source and optical system. Then a charger of drops which contain one sperm cell, charges them depending on the difference between them, namely, X or Y chromosome a spermatozoon bears. Then a device for drop separation separates them depending on drop charge. Drops with different charges get into different vessels.</p> |
