摘要 An instant jelly contains a mixture of sugar, potato or maize starch, red beet and rhubarb powders of a particle fineness of no less than 0.25 mm. The obtained new instant food product of the increased food value with high gustatory characteristics can be used in dietetic, therapeutic and infant nutrition.
