The invention relates to the means for grinding wheels dressing. Means contains two counter and coaxially to each other installed dressing tools connected with fixed on the shaft rotating lever by elastic elements. The elastic elements are made as two flat springs, on internal surfaces of which turned to each other ledges are located, with which a double-sided tapered element cooperates, which has the capability of adjustable longitudinal travel between said flat springs. Dressing tools are fixed at some ends of the elastic elements, and other ends of flat springs are fastened to the lever. In accordance with the invention, the device is equipped with auxiliary dressing tool made as roller with two end curved diamond-containing surfaces, which represent two connected conical surfaces. One of the surfaces is intended for creation on the grinding wheels of approach cone, and another - for formation on the grinding wheels of working surfaces. Auxiliary dressing tool is fixed on the auxiliary shaft, the rotational axis of which is parallel to the axis of oscillation of said lever. Invention provides for high quality of working components and high output.
