The invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for treating the ischemia of the tissues of lower limbs. The method provides for the access to the inferior mesenteric artery, the insertion of the catheter, the round-the-clock supply of the vascular and antibacterial drugs, the exposure of arterial blood to the low energy laser in red and infrared range and non-coherent ultraviolet. On the 3-4th day since the beginning of the above stated procedures, the splitting of the tibia is performed. The partially split bone fragment is fixed with the aid of Ilizarov's apparatus.
