A device for prophylactic treatment of esophagitis contains the outer and the inner tubes, the fixing balloons in the distal and proximal parts of the outer tube, the air ducts connected with the fixing balloons, the suction unit, the liquid pulse supply unit, and the transverse vibrator. The tubes are perforated. The outer tube is connected to the liquid pulse supply unit and the transverse vibrator. The inner tube is connected to the suction unit.
