PROCESS OF PLASTIC RECONSTRUCTION OF ABDOMINAL WALL

摘要

A process of plastic reconstruction of the abdominal wall comprises the mobilization of the gernial gates, the sub-inguinal and pre-peritoneal closure of the wound with the allogenous implant with its fixation to the intact structures of the abdominal wall. The aponeurosis is mobilized in the area of the rectus muscle of abdomen sparing the contact with the subcutaneous fat. The allogenous implant is fixed withy the single sutures through the separate skin cuts.
