Casing has several building elements made of foamed expanded polystyrene, those are joined to each other and each of those is arranged as parallelepiped formed with upper and lower surfaces and side walls, reinforcement profiles with openings placed in central part between the upper and the lower surfaces and placed to bulk of expanded polystyrene, concrete mix filling cavity formed by side walls of neighboring building elements. Side surfaces of building element made of foamed expanded polystyrene normal to long axis of casing are made nonplanar and are increased at least 1.5 times compared to cross section of those.
