An element of the precipitation electrode of electric precipitator contains in-series installed profiles in the form of truncated trapezoid open near the basis, which are rigidly connected together by plates. Two end profiles by apexes are directed toward one side from the center line of the element and it is the first component of the locks for interconnection of the elements. Two middle profiles are directed by apexes to the opposite side relative to end profiles. Fixed points of electrical corona discharge, which are located on both sides from the center line of element and installed on the plane-parallel straight lines, are coaxial in pairs located from it with a clearance. Middle plate lies on the center line of element, and two end plates from the side of extreme profiles from their middle part are bent back to one side. In this case their end folds are expanded inward - by their ends they are directed toward each other. They close the open bases of extreme profiles and they lay downstream of middle line of profile, forming the second component of locks for connecting the element of precipitation electrode with adjacent electrodes.
