It is proposed a process for converting data when distributing computer-based documents that relates to purchase of goods and services, according to which consumers form computer-based documents to be transmitted over the Internet network by using the rights of access to the server that are granted by the administrator. The method is distinctive by that each consumer receives, after acknowledgment of the identification data of the consumer by the server, forms of required computer-based documents, fills in the forms, and transmits the filled forms, with information on the password and E-mail address, to the server. The server records the received computer-based documents and transmits the documents to users.
