A washing nozzle and a dishwasher having the same are provided to increase washing space and wash dishes completely by forming an upper nozzle rotated vertically and horizontally. A washing nozzle comprises a first nozzle(151), and a second nozzle(156). An upper nozzle(150) has the first nozzle and the second nozzle. The first nozzle rotates by flowed into washing water. The second nozzle is combined to the first nozzle and rotates for the first nozzle by the washing water supplied from the first nozzle. The first nozzle rotates horizontally applied to a tub. The second nozzle rotates vertically applied to the tub. A trace formed by rotating the first nozzle and the second nozzle is mutually crossed at right angles. The first nozzle consists of a combining port and a jetting arm, and the second nozzle is combined to the jetting arm and includes a second discharging port.
